He holds an MMath in Mathematics and Statistics from Oxford University and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).

Nick brings 35 years of experience in school financial management and leadership. He has served as a governor for five schools, including roles as Chair and Treasurer, and is the former Chairman of the Independent Schools’ Bursars Association in the UK.

Harry has extensive experience in the education sector, with 25 years of leadership and market operations expertise. He holds a PhD in Management and a Master’s degree in Linguistics.

Ginny brings extensive experience across the education sector, with a strong focus on brand development, marketing and pupil recruitment. As the group lead for marketing and admissions, she shapes group wide strategy while supporting each school to tell its story with clarity and confidence.

Working closely with international agents and partners, Ginny helps families find the school that is right for their child, ensuring a warm, personalised admissions journey and creating pathways that allow every pupil to flourish academically and personally.

With over three decades of experience in IT, James provides technical leadership across systems architecture, infrastructure and large-scale technology operations, with expertise spanning software platforms, server and integrated enterprise systems. Separately, in his role as Data Protection Officer, he leads GDPR compliance, data governance, and information security across all our schools.

Tim, an accountant, has 25 years of experience as a Bursar in the independent school sector and is also a former Trustee of the Independent Schools’ Bursars Association. He is a former Governor of a special needs school in Exeter and has been a Treasurer to many clubs and societies.
